We eat a lot of potato dishes, just to mention potato pancakes, French fries, boiled, fried or baked potatoes. Seasoning for potato dishes is a blend of the following spices: onion, garlic, paprika, marjoram, and caraway seeds, composed in a way allowing us to discover again the taste of the already known meals.
