Seasoning for fish

Fish meals are very healthy, traditional foods. We eat large amounts of fish and should eat even more of them. Seasoning for fish is a blend of dried vegetables and spices such as basil, ginger, marjoram, pepper, salt and flavor enhancers. Raw fish should be rubbed with the seasoning (it doesn’t have to be additionally salted) and left for at least an hour in refrigerator. After that it can be fried, roasted or baked in aluminum foil. The result is a really great tasting meal.
