Coriander

Coriander seeds serve as raw materials of this type of spice. Dried coriander seeds have a light brown color and provide a sweetish taste to meals. They can be added to meats, fish, wild game, gingerbread, cakes, as well as cooked cabbage and peas. This spice can be also added to homemade preserved foods such as marinated cucumbers. This spice is widely used in Asian cuisine. Coriander seeds serve also as ingredients of many seasoning mixes, including curry. It’s worth knowing that coriander eliminates the sense of fullness and improves appetite.
