It is a mix of 4 types of dried vegetables, including carrot, celery root, root parsley and leeks, in proportions making possible obtaining of proper flavor of a meal it will be used in; it is obtained from vegetables dried in our company, purchased from local growers; it is in 100% Polish product; manufactured in the form of pressed cubes or in bulk.
1 kg of dried vegetables replaces abort 1 kg of fresh vegetables.
They do not contain any preservative additives.
