| Fillet the fish and remove bones (you can also remove skin from sea fish). Soak sea fish in milk flavored with pepper, drain. Divide into portions the prepared fish. Make a thick coating from flour, milk and egg yolks. After careful mixing add the whipped egg whites, shredded cheese, chopped parsley leaves, salt, and seasoning for fish. Put the fish fillet to the coating and fry in hot fat. Serve with vegetable salads. |
