| Cut fish steaks, rub with lemon juice, sprinkle with parsley leaves, and salt. In a deep frying pan heat olive oil; fry finely chopped garlic clove followed by fish on both sides. Sprinkle with Curry and add olive oil. Cover the pan and simmer the fish for 20 minutes. Chill the fish. Serve with wheat or rye bread, butter and tomato salad. |
