Fish in Curry
Delicious and nutritious/ fish dishes 8/21


Ingredients: Preparation:
1 kg of fish,
fresh or concentrated lemon juice,
1 Tbs of finely chopped parsley leaves (or Cykoria dried parsley leaves),
1 cup of olive oil or oil,
garlic clove (or Cykoria dried garlic),
Cykoria Curry spice, salt
Cut fish steaks, rub with lemon juice, sprinkle with parsley leaves, and salt. In a deep frying pan heat olive oil; fry finely chopped garlic clove followed by fish on both sides. Sprinkle with Curry and add olive oil. Cover the pan and simmer the fish for 20 minutes. Chill the fish. Serve with wheat or rye bread, butter and tomato salad.
