Country-style potato pancakes
Delicious and nutritious/ vegetable and mushroom dishes 18/33


Ingredients: Preparation:
70 dag of potatoes,
15 dag of stale bun,
1 cup of sour cream,
3 eggs,
3 dag of yeast (or Cykoria dried yeast),
1 dag of sugar,
5 dag of flour, fat, salt
Wash potatoes, peel, rinse and grate. Cut the bun in cubes, combine with potatoes, sour cream, egg yolks and yeast blended with sugar; salt and mix with whipped egg whites, leave for rising. Grease a 14-cm diameter frying pan; pour the pancake mixture with a 1-cm trick layer, fry on both sides or bake in a hot oven.
