| Clean beets thoroughly, and boil them in skins. Next peel and slice into thin long pieces, pour decoction with soup vegetables and bones, boil slowly for about 30 minutes while adding some cucumber acid. Finally, add the rest of acid, cream, garlic ground with salt and Bay Leaf. Enhance its taste, and boil. Serve with beans boiled loose or with potatoes. |
