Endive boats
Delicious and nutritious/ salads and fruit or vegetable salads 2/2


Ingredients: Preparation:
4 leafy endives,
15 dag of cottage cheese,
1 Tbs of sour cream,
salt,
chopped parsley leaves (or Cykoria dried parsley leaves)
Wash the endives and separate stalks to singular leaves. Mix cottage cheese with sour cream and salt. Put the cheese mixture into endive leaves. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
