| Simmer finely chopped onion in fat, without browning. When onion becomes transparent add sweet ground paprika and fry for a moment. After that add flour and brown lightly. Remove from heat, chill, add ground tomatoes and season with salt and ground black pepper. Heat until boils while mixing and remove from heat. The sauce should have a spicy and piquant flavor. |
