Croquettes from rice with apples
Delicious and nutritious/ milk dishes 1/1


Ingredients: Preparation:
15 dag of rice,
1 cup of milk,
2 dag of butter,
6 dag of confectioners' sugar,
2 eggs,
4 dag of breadcrumbs,
salt,
Cykoria vanilla sugar, fat
Rinse rice under warm water, drain, cover with a large amount of boiling water, cook for 2 minutes, and drain. After that cover with boiling milk, add salt, butter, and vanilla sugar. Mix and cook for 15 min on low heat under cover. Wash, peel, cut in half, core and grate apples; mix with chilled rice, eggs and sugar. Form a 3-cm diameter roll in breadcrumbs, cut into 8-cm long pieces. Fry in oil on medium heat on all sides on golden color.
