| Cut the pork in cubes and sprinkle with flour. Fry in hot oil along with chopped onions. Move the mixture into a pot, add water and seasoning for shish kebab. Simmer on low heat for approx. 2 hours, adding water as it evaporates. When the meat is tender blend in a tablespoon of tomato paste or ketchup. |
