Pork goulash
Delicious and nutritious/ pork dishes 13/17


Ingredients: Preparation:
0.5 kg of pork,
2 medium-size onions,
tomato paste or ketchup,
Cykoria seasoning for goulash,
oil or olive oil for frying
Cut the pork in cubes and sprinkle with flour. Fry in hot oil along with chopped onions. Move the mixture into a pot, add water and seasoning for shish kebab. Simmer on low heat for approx. 2 hours, adding water as it evaporates. When the meat is tender blend in a tablespoon of tomato paste or ketchup.
