Grilled pork chops

Ingredients: Preparation:
800g of boneless pork shoulder,
100g of shredded cheese,
4 Tbs of olive oil,
1clove of garlic (or Cykoria dried granulated garlic),
Cykoria seasoning for bbq, salt
Peel and finely chop garlic, season with salt and mince. Mix with the seasoning for bbq. Rinse the meat, cut into 1-cm thick cutlets. Rub them with the mixture of seasoning for bbq and garlic as well as olive oil. Place in a chilled place for one hour. Grill for 6 minutes, turn and grill on the other side for 6 minutes. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and continue grilling on low heat, until the cheese is melted.
