| Peel and finely chop garlic, season with salt and mince. Mix with the seasoning for bbq. Rinse the meat, cut into 1-cm thick cutlets. Rub them with the mixture of seasoning for bbq and garlic as well as olive oil. Place in a chilled place for one hour. Grill for 6 minutes, turn and grill on the other side for 6 minutes. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and continue grilling on low heat, until the cheese is melted. |
