Shashliks made of slices of minced mutton broiled on a spit
Dishes on every occasion/ barbecue 4/4


Ingredients: Preparation:
0.5 kg of minced beef,
1 egg,
1 stale roll,
2 slices of bacon,
2 onions,
1 red and green paprika,
Cykoria Ground Black Pepper,
Seasoning for shashlik (slices of mutton broiled on a spit) Cykoria,
salt, Cykoria Chili, ketchup
Dip bread roll into water. Peel one onion and slice it. Mix meat with bread roll, onion and egg. Season. Form small balls and flatten them slightly. Peel another onions and cut them into four. Cut bacon into strips, clean paprika with water, remove niduses, cut into small pieces. Stick meat balls on shashlik spits alternately, paprika, onion and back fat. Dredge shashliks with salt, Ground Black Pepper, a small amount of Chili and Seasoning for shashlik. Put it into oven (or on a frying pan) on both sides for several minutes. Serve with ketchup.
