| Cube the fish and paprika. Cut tomatoes and onion into quarters. Dip the ingredients in oil and sprinkle with salt, Ground Black Pepper, Oregano and a Seasoning for barbecue. Stick on long larding-pits in order: fish, tomato, paprika, onion. Roast on a spit, take some dripping sauce and pour it over the kebab. Roast them until they become soft enough. Serve immediately. |
