Fish kebab
Dishes on every occasion/ barbecue 1/4


Ingredients: Preparation:
500 g of fish,
2 tomatoes,
2 paprikas,
2 onions,
100 ml of oil,
Cykoria Oregano,
salt,
Cykoria Ground Black Pepper,
Cykoria Seasoning for barbecue
Cube the fish and paprika. Cut tomatoes and onion into quarters. Dip the ingredients in oil and sprinkle with salt, Ground Black Pepper, Oregano and a Seasoning for barbecue. Stick on long larding-pits in order: fish, tomato, paprika, onion. Roast on a spit, take some dripping sauce and pour it over the kebab. Roast them until they become soft enough. Serve immediately.
