Bird's milk pie

Ingredients: Preparation:
Cake:6 eggs,
1 cup of sugar,
1 cup of flour,
1 cup of potato starch,
1 18g package of Cykoria baking powder; Bird's milk filling:2 Cykoria jellies,
0.5 l of water,
2 almost full cups of milk,
2 Cykoria Œnie¿ka dry mix whip cream
Cake: Whisk eggs, separating yolks from whites. Whip egg whites with sugar until stiff. Blend in egg yolks, mixing alternately wheat flour and potato starch with baking powder. Poured the prepared dough to a previously greased baking pan sprinkled with flour; insert to a heated oven and bake at a temperature of 180 °C for approximately 30 minutes. Bird's milk filling: Dissolve jellies according to the recipe given on the package and chill. Prepare Œnie¿ka dry mix chip cream according to the recipe given on the package. Add the thickening jelly to the whipped Œnie¿ka cream and mix. Pour into bowls or on the baked cake.
