Chicken curry
Prepared dish/ supper 20/77


Ingredients: Preparation:
2 chicken breasts,
flour,
salt,
0.5 l of water,
1 Tbs of butter,
Cykoria curry seasoning,
sweet cream,
oil or olive oil for frying
Dice chicken breasts, bread in flour and deep-fry. Curry sauce: Pour 0.5l of water into a pot and add a spoon of butter. Bring to boil. Then thicken the sauce with flour and water. Add salt to taste. Bring to boil. Pour a little bit of cream and add about 1 tablespoon of Cykoria Curry seasoning (to obtain golden color).
