50 dag of graham bread, 3 Tbs of butter, 5 dag of Cykoria raisins, 1/2 l of milk, 3 eggs, Cykoria cinnamon, Cykoria vanilla sugar, lemon juice |

| Spread butter on slices of bread and place half of them on a greased baking pan. Wash and drain raisins, sprinkle them over the layer of bread. Place the remaining slices of bread over the raisins. Mix milk, eggs, cinnamon, lemon juice and vanilla sugar and pour over the bread. Top with flakes of butter. Insert to a heated oven and bake. Serve with compote. |
