Carp with plums
World of cuisine/ Polish cuisine 4/11


Ingredients: Preparation:
1 kg of carp,
25 decagrams of frozen plums,
a half of a glass of dry white wine,
3-4 spoonfuls of olive,
1 spoonful of flour,
Cykoria Cinnamon,
Cykoria Cloves,
Cykoria Ginger,
Cykoria Seasoning for fish,
lemon juice, salt, Cykoria Ground Black Pepper
Clean the carp and cut it into a bell, salt it and put it away for half an hour in a cold place. Rinse some plums, drill and mix them with wine or spices. Coat the fish in flour, brown it in oil on both sides. Put the fish in the ovenproof dish, pour in some sauce and toast it. Serve with potatoes and chicory salad.
