Soup of duck's blood

Ingredients: Preparation:
Blood and duck's giblets,
2 spoonfuls of lemon juice 1 spoonful of vinegar 3%,
1 portion of soup vegetables (or Cykoria Dried Soup Vegetables),
15 decagrams of dried fruit (plums,
apples and pears),
1 spoonful of flour,
Cykoria Cinnamon,
2 Cykoria Cloves,
salt,
Cykoria Ground Black Pepper, sugar
Mix fresh duck's blood with lemon juice in order for blood not to congeal. Clean and drain duck's giblets. Peel and rinse Soup Vegetables. Pour 4 glasses of water over giblets and Soup Vegetables. Add Cinnamon, Cloves, Ground Black Pepper, a pinch of sugar, salt and simmer for 40 minutes in lidded pot. Clean dried fruit and dip it for 5 hours in 3 glasses of water, and then boil fruit until it is soft enough in the same water, and if need be, cut it. Strain decoction made of duck's giblets. Slice Soup vegetables and giblet into small pieces and put into decoction, mix with fruit, pour in blood, put flour mixed with cold decoction and boil. Season with salt, sugar, Ground Black pepper and lemon juice. Serve with kind of noodles or pasta.
