| Cleaned fish shall be cut in pieces and put to the previously made vegetable broth; add spices and vegetables cut in round slices. Cook for about 15 minutes. Chop up hard-boiled eggs. Fish shall be served covered with vegetables, chunks of butter, sprinkled with eggs and green herbs. Serve with potatoes. |
