Polish style fish

Ingredients: Preparation:
60 dag of fish,
25 dag of soup vegetables (or Cykoria dried vegetables),
2 eggs,
5 dag of butter,
Cykoria allspice,
Cykoria bay leaves,
Cykoria seasoning for fish,
salt,
green herbs (or Cykoria dried parsley leaves),
Cleaned fish shall be cut in pieces and put to the previously made vegetable broth; add spices and vegetables cut in round slices. Cook for about 15 minutes. Chop up hard-boiled eggs. Fish shall be served covered with vegetables, chunks of butter, sprinkled with eggs and green herbs. Serve with potatoes.
