Cabbage with peas
World of cuisine/ Polish cuisine 2/11


Ingredients: Preparation:
70 dag of sauerkraut,
1 cup of peas soaked overnight,
onion,
oil,
Cykoria bay leaf,
salt,
Cykoria ground black pepper,
Cykoria caraway seeds, 1 Tbs of flour
Cook separately peas and cabbage with bay leaf. Drain the peas and mash a half of them. Combine peas with cabbage. Lightly brown onion on a frying pan and add flour. Add to the cabbage. Mix and season with ground black pepper, salt and caraway seeds. Cook for a while.
