Pasta with vegetables

Ingredients: Preparation:
20 g of pasta,
20 dkg of champignons (or Cykoria dried champignons),
1 medium onion,
1 red pepper,
1 cup of green peas,
2 Tbs of butter,
1 cup of sour cream,
10 dkg of shredded cheese,
salt,
Cykoria ground black pepper, Cykoria ground sweet paprika
Cook pasta al dente in a large amount of salted water. Drain. Peel and chop the onion. Fry in butter until transparent. Add sliced champignons and peppers cut in cubes. Fry, mixing constantly, until water evaporates. Season with salt, ground black pepper ground sweet paprika. Blend in peas and mix thoroughly. Grease a baking pan with butter. Spread the pasta in the baking pan, followed by a layer of vegetables and another layer of pasta. Pour over with sour cream and cover with aluminum foil. Insert into a hot oven. Bake for 20 minutes. After that remove foil and top the casserole with shredded cheese. Bake for another 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
