CYKORIA products are made according to the
principles on the safety of food production.
To achieve the aim, the Firm has finished implementing an
international system in 2004.
Management of Healthy Food
Safety
based on Hazard Analysis and Critical Checkpoints – HACCP.
We declare the implemented system to be in accordance with seven
principles established by the World Health Organization (WHO) and
the enterprise fulfills all the requirements for food production
included in Codex Alimentarius.
Our
overarching aim is to provide the best quality products to our
consumers.
CYKORIA thoroughly controls the whole production process thanks to
its own in-house laboratory facilities. We also thoroughly check
all the raw materials used in production as well as packaging
material and aids of any kind according to the principles on food
production being in force.
Raw materials of the highest quality and durable packaging make it
possible to prolong expiration dates of the products and guarantee
high quality during the shelf-life.
