The company has been present on the market since 1880. Since 1994 it has been a stock company based on Polish foreign and private capital. It offers a wide range of products pursuing the motto "a colourful world of taste." Cykoria is an important producer of concentrates and desserts: pudding, jelly, ice-cream, creams, Śnieżka instant whipped cream, additives to cakes and desserts. Reasonable price, short preparation time and a wide variety of assortment make the products popular with costumers. Creams are available in the following tastes: vanilla, cream, lemon, rum, nut, strawberry and chocolate. This wide range of tastes can be enhanced by adding sweetened almonds, raisins, nuts and figs, fruit, preserve, etc. The Company was the first to produce such creams in the country.

Creams belong to concentrates of instant type. It is sufficient to put the content of a packet into a container with cooled milk and mix for three minutes. Butter can or does not have to be added to them. They are characterised by light, delicate consistency and perfect taste and fragrance properties. Cykoria is the producer of over 50 seasonings and seasoning mixes and concentrates, soups and sauces in powdered form. It produces dried vegetable and vegetable mixes. It is a world-known producer of a dried root chicory of the highest quality also in parched form – an indispensible component for the coffee industry. The Company perfectly combines the traditional with the modern. Planters from the Kujawy region are the main providers of raw materials. In terms of technology and formula the Company cooperates with scientific and research units in Germany and Poland. Raw materials used for production are subject to thorough quality control. International system HACCP under implementation ensures health safety of products offered for sales and guarantees the highest quality possible.

We are pleased about our products being valued and awarded in various contests. Awards add significance to products and make the Company more prestigous, and are a source of satisfaction for employees and underline desirability of product choice. We offer high-quality products which meet the expectations of our customers and prove competitive on foreign markets. Current trade offer includes over 200 products. Every year new products are introduced to the market. A sizable part of sales is realized in EU countries and Switzerland and Russia and other Eastern European countries. The products offered by the company were awarded many times, e.g. with Medal Europejski granted to flagship product "dried soup vegetables" in 2001 and Medal Europejski VII edition for layer cake creams. In 2003 the company was awarded with certificate Marka Firmowa and prestigous distinction "Dobra Firma 2003."
